RIVERTOWN HOMES BY DESIGN  

Rivertown Builders sprang from Dan Vredevoogd's and Jeff DeKoning's desire to
build a Christ-centered building company that was discernibly different, and
noticeably more client-friendly.They specialize in the design and construction or renovation of outstanding waterfront homes and family retreats, as well as carefree executive condominiums. Over the past 27 years, Rivertown has grown into a group of full service companies which include Rivertown Realty, Rivertown Builders and Rivertown Homes by Design. They have also just recently been named a Riverbend Timber Framing Preferred Builder.

Rivertown is very concious of their role as stewards of God's creation, and we build
our homes to top Energy Star standards or higher. We are involved in the Michigan
LEED for Home program and have participated with the State of Michigan in it's LEED
for homes pilot program.
